These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tuksys website and the purchase of digital software products from our marketplace. By browsing this site, placing an order, or completing payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

We sell ready-made digital software, including business solutions, mobile apps, AI solutions, games, and scripts & tools. Product pages describe features, license type, price, and what is delivered. Descriptions are provided in good faith; minor differences in screenshots or version numbers may occur as products are updated.
Orders are placed through checkout on this website. Payment is processed online through Flutterwave. Accepted options may include cards, mobile money, and bank transfer depending on your country.
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. Until then, we may cancel or hold the order. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on each product page and may change without notice for future orders.
After payment is confirmed, we deliver license details and download or setup instructions by email to the address you provide at checkout. Most confirmed orders are processed the same business day. Delivery times may vary for custom branding, extended licenses, or products that require additional setup assistance.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam or junk folders. If you do not receive delivery within two business days of confirmed payment, contact us with your order reference.
Each product is sold under the license stated on its product page (for example, single organisation use, or rights to reskin and publish). Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Basic setup guidance included with a product is described on the product page. Additional branding, feature development, migration, or training is optional and quoted separately. Ongoing support after delivery follows the support terms stated for that product or agreed in writing.
Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation, so refunds are limited. You may request help within 48 hours of delivery if:
Refunds are not available because you changed your mind, chose the wrong product, lack the technical skills to install the software, or need features that were not listed on the product page. We will always try to resolve delivery or description issues in good faith.
Where a live demo is offered, it is for evaluation only and may use sample data. Demo availability can change. Some marketplace listings may include third-party components or require external API keys (for example AI providers). You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any usage fees they charge.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for republication, submit false order details, or interfere with marketplace operations. We may suspend access or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Website content, branding, and product materials remain the property of Tuksys or the respective rights holders. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property except as expressly granted by that product’s license.
Software is provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuksys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchased software, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You are responsible for backups, security configuration, hosting, and compliance with local laws when you deploy software.
We collect contact and order details needed to process purchases and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information. By using the site you consent to us contacting you about your order and related support.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the marketplace after updates means you accept the revised terms for new orders.
